A quarter of a century ago, Attorney Isaac K. Byrd, Jr., founded the personal injury law firm of Byrd & Associates with the aim of applying the power of the law to the pursuit of justice on behalf of the injured and the wronged of Mississippi and Chicago.

Isaac Byrd was one of the first African American lawyers to serve on the Board of Governors of the American Trial Lawyers Association. He was the first black attorney appointed to preside as Chancery Judge in a Mississippi courtroom.

Today, Mr. Byrd continues to build a legacy of activism and community service. He is joined by other talented personal injury attorneys who share the vision of fighting for worthwhile causes.
